Russ has worked in sales and marketing all of his adult life. For exactly the three reasons above, Russ left his 'secure' corporate job with a Fortune 100 company.

Friends and coworkers alike thought Russ was crazy to leave the secure 6 figure income that his role provided.

Russ decided to branch out on his own as he knew there is no such thing as security in any kind of a job. True security comes from knowing how to market yourself and adding value to the world.

The new freedom allowed Russ to foster his passions - family, marketing and travel and to be able to combine them in a way that brings great balance of life and allows greater contribution to his clients.

Russ comfortably runs his business from his home in a ski resort in Canada and his preparing his family for their next move - to parts unknown!
